If you have order before 12:00 pm on a business day then your delivery should arrive between 24-48 hours. Any orders after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next business day therefore may extend this delivery time to between 1- 3 days.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Please Note: There may be additional charges for 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

 

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

No sorry, currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

 

Can my order be delivered to a PO box?

Unfortunately not, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

I have special delivery requests where can I put this?

This extra delivery information can be added into the additional information on the cart page. Likewise feel free to email these requests along with order ID. The contact email is: sales@ergofurniture.co.uk.

 

Do you do Saturday delivery?

Unfortunately not.

 

How many packages will my height adjustable desk arrive in?

You can expect up to 3 - 4 separate parcels being delivered which will include desktops, frame and electronics. Please note it may be more in you added accessories. 

 

Extra Information

Orders placed after 14:00 pm (GMT) weekdays or on weekends for delivery do not dispatch until the following business day.

Days indicated are business days, Mon-Fri only. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. The day your order dispatches does not count as a time-in-transit day.

Any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will dispatch on the next business day. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.


Delivery times are guideline estimates and may not be guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, courier delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your delivery. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

For our product ranges we offer 2 types of paid installation service. These can be found here. 

 

If you are looking for a single desk install or that suitable for a smaller office then the Gold service would be best suited.

 

If you are looking for a higher quality service which would be best suited for a corporate clients then our Platinum Installation Service is the one for you. Please note that this service is POA (Price on Application) and the current price indicates a deposit for this service. 

 

Please note timings of availability may vary depending on your location within the UK. 

 

Assembly FAQs 

 

How long should it take to build my Height Adjustable Desk or Desk Riser?

For your height adjustable desk it should take around 45 - 60 minutes to assemble this. Full physical instructions will be provided as well as an online version on most product pages.

Additionally we have assembly videos available if you wish to use them. Please email us and we can direct you to these. 

 

For your desk risers this should take no more than 5 minutes. It's real simple!

 

Do I need to drill holes in the desktop for my height adjustable desk?

No, all desktops now come with pre-drilled holes making assembly even easier for you.
