We are able to provide AM or PM delivery slots if requested, this will then mean your parcel will be delivered within that time frame.
General Questions
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
If you have order before 12:00 pm on a business day then your delivery should arrive between 24-48 hours. Any orders after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next business day therefore may extend this delivery time to between 1- 3 days.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Please Note: There may be additional charges for 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
No sorry, currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Can my order be delivered to a PO box?
Unfortunately not, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
I have special delivery requests where can I put this?

Do you do Saturday delivery?
Unfortunately not.
How many packages will my height adjustable desk arrive in?
You can expect up to 3 - 4 separate parcels being delivered which will include desktops, frame and electronics. Please note it may be more in you added accessories.

Orders placed after 14:00 pm (GMT) weekdays or on weekends for delivery do not dispatch until the following business day.
Days indicated are business days, Mon-Fri only. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. The day your order dispatches does not count as a time-in-transit day.
Any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will dispatch on the next business day. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Delivery times are guideline estimates and may not be guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, courier delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your delivery. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
