General Questions

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Please Note: There may be additional charges for 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

 

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

No sorry, currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

 

Can my order be delivered to a PO box?

Unfortunately not, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

*** YO-YO desk & Flytta branded delivery information ***

Yo-Yo dispatch all orders placed on weekdays from their facility within 24 hours. This excludes public holidays and weekends. Any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will dispatch on the next business day. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT) weekdays or on weekends for delivery do not dispatch until the following business day.

Days indicated are business days, Mon-Fri only. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. The day your order dispatches does not count as a time-in-transit day.


Shipping times are guideline estimates and may not be guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.


How long does it take for delivery of my Yo Yo desk?

If the order is placed before 12:00 pm it can be guaranteed next day delivery. 

 

I might not be in for a lot of the day tomorrow can I select an order date/time? 

Of course. When placing your order please specify the exact date/time frame you will be available in the additional information section. We will then pass the information onto our couriers so you won't miss them!

 

How do I arrange the installation service?

Please add this into your delivery selection. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange a date and time for your Yo-Yo desk to be installed. 

 

I will require the free installation service, how long will this take?

Typically this will take between  7 - 12 days after ordering. If you are in a more isolated region of the UK this could take longer.
