Its lower energy density and reduced reactivity significantly minimise safety risks, making it an ideal choice for clinical and high-use environments. LiFe technology also supports approximately twice as many charge cycles as lithium-ion alternatives, lowering long-term replacement and maintenance costs.

Depending on the production date, the battery provides either 245Wh (manufactured September 2024 or earlier) or 291Wh (manufactured October 2024 or later) of reliable power. Each unit ships partially charged (>30%) and is compliant with global transport and environmental standards, including UN/DOT 38.3, IEC 62133, RoHS, REACH, and WEEE.

The LiFe Kinnex Battery is compatible with a wide range of Ergotron solutions, including CareFit Pro and Slim carts, StyleView SV10, SV40, SV41, and SV43 series carts, Neo-Flex carts, and WorkFit-C workstations. It attaches directly to CareFit Pro carts, while other Ergotron carts require the LiFeKinnex Smart Battery Dock (sold separately).
